Jenny Gas Fired Steam Cleaners show the
combination of advanced engineering and manufacturing with knowledge and
understanding of pressure washers and steam cleaners that dates back to 1927.
The Steam Jenny Gas Fired Units are built with only the highest quality
components and contain a long list of standard equipment and features.
These
Steam Cleaners are specifically engineered for use
with Natural or LP Gas. The specially designed combustion chamber allows the
natural updraft burner system to function at peak efficiency. The modular
constructed chassis allows options to be easily installed and gives quick access
to all of the major components. Jenny Steam Cleaners work differently than do
hot and cold pressure washers. Steam cleaners do not actually make steam in the
sense of the word, they actually produce 85-90% solid water and the steam is a
by-product of creating pressure through heat. The fundamental difference between
steam cleaners and pressure washers is that steamers only attain a 100-200 PSI
pressure with a significantly reduced volume comparatively. Steamers use the 170
times water vapor expansion when the superheated water explodes into the
atmosphere through the nozzle to achieve their cleaning power. Pressure washers
simply use the pump's pressure to achieve this same result. This, along with the
fact that almost all detergents work better as the temperature increases, allows
steam cleaners to clean grease and oil based dirt using significantly less water
and safer, milder detergents.
The machines have steam volume
ranges from 70 GPH to 300 GPH. Let a "true" 325° steam cleaner do the heavy
degreasing and sanitizing tasks around all types of equipment, machinery, and
parts, and see the savings in time, labor, and water.

Simple and easy to use controls
are standard features on a Jenny Steam Cleaner. The control switches for the
Motor and Burner are lighted and easily visible to the operator. The switches
give the machine's status by glowing Red in the Off position and Green in the On
position. The units come standard with a special electronic pilot ignition
system that lights the pilot when the motor is turned on. The main gas valve is
controlled by the burner switch and trigger gun.

All the major systems and
components are designed to be very accessible. The junction box features a large
opening for convenient access and contains the entire electrical system. The
electrical connections are completed through the use of a unique terminal board.
Housed underneath a stainless steel cover, the motor, pump, and water system are
centrally located inside the main chassis.

Since revolutionizing the
cleaning industry in 1927, Jenny has built upon a reputation of producing only
the highest quality cleaning equipment. In doing so, we use only the best
available motors, pumps, electrical and gas components. Every machine is
extensively tested against our quality standards to ensure that it will
withstand years of rugged use.

In the design and construction of
our equipment, only the highest and finest quality materials and components are
used throughout the machine. This includes the heavy-duty, industrial/commercial
electric motor to the high performance belt-driven, triplex, ceramic plunger
pump to the specially designed Natural or LP gas combustion chamber, heating
coils, and gas control valves. The electronic gas ignition system, which is
standard to all Jenny gas fired machines, is specially designed for these type
machines.

The specially designed gas fired
machine's 10 gauge frame is a rugged, powder coated, modular chassis and
guaranteed with a 5 year limited warranty. All major components of the machine
are modular in design and made to bolt directly to the chassis. The units all
come standard with a stainless steel machinery cover, float tank, and coil
casing cover.

The 24 Volt Intrinsically Safe
Control Voltage is the first of many standard safety features. The machines also
feature Nozzle (or Trigger Gun) Control, Over Pressure Protection, High
Temperature Protection, and a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (Single Phase
Units Only).

Jenny Oil Fired Steam Cleaners incorporate the
latest state of the art engineering and manufacturing along with a tradition of
building steam cleaners dating back to their revolutionary invention by Jenny in
1927. These Steam Jenny Cleaners are packed with a host of standard features and
equipment to allow effective and efficient cleaning.
The
steamers, like all Jenny Oil Fired units, incorporate Jenny's Twin Fire Modular
Gun Burner System which features 18,000 Volt Wing Nut Removable Twin Electrode
Ignition System, Belt Driven 6" Diameter x 4" Wide Blower System, driven off of
the Main Drive Motor Adjustable Air Intake, and a Belt Driven 200 PSI 3.0 GPH
Fuel Pump. This constant duty burner system allows for clean and efficient
combustion of Kerosene, Diesel, #2 Home Heating Oil, or JP-4 Jet Fuel.
Jenny Steam Cleaners work in a different manner
when compared to hot and cold pressure washers. Steam cleaners do not actually
make steam in the sense of the word, they actually produce 85%-90% solid water
and the steam is just a by-product of creating pressure through heat. The
primary difference between steam cleaners and pressure washers is that steamers
only attain a 100-200PSI pressure at a significantly reduced volume
comparatively (70 to 120 GPH). Steamers use the 170 times water vapor expansion
when the superheated water explodes into the atmosphere through the nozzle to
achieve their cleaning power, whereas pressure washers simply use the pump's
pressure to achieve the similar result. This along with the fact that almost all
detergents work better as the temperature increases allows steam cleaners to
clean grease and oil based dirt using significantly less water and safer, milder
detergents.
As a general rule, if the dirt
being cleaned is oil based either animal, vegetable, or mineral - then a steam
cleaner will clean it right down to the surface pores better and more thoroughly
with less mess than any other type of cleaning unit available. Let a "true" 325°
Steam Jenny steam cleaner do the heavy degreasing and sanitizing tasks around
all types of equipment, machinery, and parts, and see the savings in time,
labor, soap, and water.

All the controls necessary to
operate a Jenny Steam Cleaner are located in plain view on the front panel of
the unit. The 24 Volt Motor and Burner switches illuminate Red in the Off
position and Green in the On position to easily alert the operator of the
machine's status. Specially designed bolt-on kits allow the machine to be
upgraded easily to meet any cleaning needs.

Easy access to all the major
systems and components was designed into the machine to make servicing simple.
The burner assembly is simply removed with three wing nuts, two ignition plug
wires, and one tube fitting. The air and fuel components are situated underneath
the pump frame. The pump is serviceable by removing two carriage bolts and three
hoses. The water control system is centrally located within the steel chassis in
a manifold assembly. Removing the front panel located behind the switches
exposes a large electrical junction box containing all the major electrical
components and a specially designed terminal board where all the electrical
connections are made. As with all Jenny machines, parts and accessories are
readily available.

The year 1927 marked both the
invention of steam cleaning by Jenny and the beginning of our tradition of
producing only the highest quality American made cleaning equipment.
Manufactured in our state of the art facility, we use only the highest quality
components available employing only the best manufacturing methods and
techniques to ensure that Jenny Steam Cleaners are of the highest quality
available on the market.

Using only the finest available
components ensures that the unit will give years of trouble free use. The drive
motor is an industrial grade electric motor and the pump is a belt driven
triplex ceramic plunger pump. Like all Jenny oil fired units, these units
feature our specially designed Twin Fire Modular Gun Burner system. A twin
electrode ignition burner is energized by an 18,000 Volt solid state, constant
duty ignition transformer. Belt driven off of the main drive motor, air and fuel
systems feature a 6" diameter by 4" wide blower wheel and a 200 PSI 3.0 GPM fuel
pump.

Guaranteed with a 5 year limited
warranty, the powder coated, heavy-duty, 10 gauge steel, modular chassis is
designed to endure years of rigorous and demanding use and still fit through a
commercial doorway. Featuring bolt-on components such as the front panel, back
panel, coil casing, fuel and solution (optional), and float tanks give the units
a long sleek profile. The units also have a stainless steel cover with a built
in nozzle holder for the steam nozzles.

The 24 Volt Intrinsically Safe
Control Voltage begins a long list of standard safety features. Other highlights
include Nozzle (Trigger Gun) Control, High Temperature Protection, Over Pressure
Protection, and a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (Single Phase Units Only).
