 The
Commercial 4000 S
(also marketed as the VS 4000 S or VC 4000 S) is one
of our most popular steam vapor cleaners.
Electrically powered with standard household 110/120 volts, the well-designed,
interchangeable attachments put steam cleaning control at the handle so
the Eco-Friendly cleaning power of high temperature and high pressure "dry" steam vapor
is directed exactly where it is needed. One of our most popular large
home use vapor steam cleaners and very popular for tile and grout restoration

 This State-of-the-Art
Steam Vapor cleaning system utilizes
extremely high temperature vapor under regulated pressure to clean and sanitize almost any surface faster
and easier. A heavy duty Steam Vapor Cleaner for home and commercial steam
cleaning uses.
 Steam
Vapor is comprised of droplets much smaller than steam. This allows the
steam vapor to penetrate
cracks and crevices and reach areas that ordinary steam cleaners cannot. The
steam vapor is heated,
under regulated pressure, to an extremely high temperature producing
an ultimate penetrating power
to clean and sanitize numerous surfaces.
 The
high temperature of steam vapor also kills bacteria, mold, dust mites
and other
allergy causing pathogens. Mold, mildew, dirt, grease and grime are
easily eliminated
with only water converted to hot vapor

building maintenance company (Maid-in-USA) we have been using the power of
steam vapor long before most Americans knew this kind of equipment existed.
Though
from the very beginning our best selling and most reliable commercial units have
always been our Commercial 3000 and 4000 Series. First introduced in Italy
in the 1980s these units have been marketed under various names, but regardless
of what you call them they have set the standard for power, safety, and
reliability throughout the world.
Though the units have been upgraded
over the years the basic trouble free design has remained the same. As one of
the very few, if not the only steam cleaner dealers in the U.S. to actually use
this type of equipment on a daily basis, nothing over the years has lived up to
the durability of the Commercial 3000 and 4000 Series.
We have used these commercial grade units for every type of commercial cleaning application from cleaning and restoring high traffic tile and grout floors to extremely greasy restaurant restaurant kitchen equipment, exhaust hoods and many other items and surfaces. To this day we have service units that date back a decade,
they have cleaned thousands of feet of tile, one even fell out of a
moving truck and outside of a few dents it still worked as well as it's first
day!
These units
have stainless steel bodies and heavy duty stainless steel boilers with the strongest extruded aluminum
wands in the Industry. We once read from an internet competitor that the extension
wands get to hot to handle and dent easily, We found that somewhat amusing considering these attachments have
come with these units for over two decades without a single complaint from
employees or tens of thousands of customers.
NEW SAFETY FEATURE - WIRELESS AIR TRIGGER
The latest upgrade to the Commercial
3000 and 4000 Steam Vapor Cleaner Series is our new Wireless Air Trigger. This safety devise allows
the operator to pull the trigger to activate the vapor and when released
the vapor stops automatically.
This reduces the chances of accidental scalding
if dropped and since the trigger is air powered we have eliminated all wiring
and any chance of electrical shock. So if you are looking for a commercial vapor
cleaner with a history of reliability, safety and durability at a very
affordable price the Commercial 3000 and 4000 Series may be for you.
Commercial 4000 S Steam Vapor Cleaner Warranty Information
The factory warrants to the
original consumer purchaser that this product, excluding accessories, shall
be free from defects in manufacturing and material, under normal and
reasonable use for the periods listed below from date of sale.
Extended Warranty: Parts and Labor - 1 Year / Parts
only - 3 Years / Boiler - Lifetime
The sole and
exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement, at the
Manufacturer's option, of any product that proves to be defective
in manufacture or materials within above stated period.
For this warranty to apply, the
owner and/or user must follow the instructions provided herein, with the
product. The proof of purchase (copy of invoice) must be submitted with
return of the product. The product returned to the manufacturer is to be
shipped prepaid in a protective carton. The manufacturer advises the
purchaser to insure the shipment against possible loss or damage in transit.
The manufacturer will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in
transit.
This
Warranty is Void if: Product is damaged resulting from
accident, misuse, improper operating, or unauthorized repair or alteration.
This
Warranty is Void if: Product has been operated with
substances other than tap water.
The manufacturer is not liable
for any consequential or incidental damages (including personal injury,
property damage or monetary loss) that may be incurred from purchase, use,
or inability/improper use of the product. Maximum liability shall not exceed
the purchase price of the product paid by the original purchaser.

exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.
Return of your unit
for Warranty Repairs, Out of Warranty Repairs and
all other Returns MUST include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number provided by us or the manufacturer. You must contact us directly

Any item attempted to be returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-warranty returns/refunds within 14 days of sale will
be charged a 20% restocking fee. Item returned within 14 days must be
returned in original condition with all attachments and with all
original packaging. No returns/refunds on equipment that has been used
after 14 days. No returns/refunds after 30 days for any reason.
